Hunts

The Most Authentic South Texas Hunting Experience! You will have the opportunity to hunt big bucks on 1350 prime, high-fenced acres of vintage South Texas mesquite brush country! Game-proof fences that keep out destructive hogs and allow native game to flourish preserve the integrity of the land. Our hunts are typically three days (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) and are fully guided to include one mature buck, one doe and one javelina on a no guarantee kill basis. Our guides are specially trained to be familiar with the ranch so as to recommend the most effective hunting techniques and to carefully choose the location of blind. We use high quality tower blinds located near automatic feeders.

To maximize your success, we allow only one hunter per guide and only four hunters in camp at any one time.Upon arrival, guns will be sighted in at our conveniently located rifle range.

This is the real deal, not a canned hunt. If you’ve been “snake-bit” before by a hunt that didn’t quite measure up, come to the Varal Ranch where all of our deer are impressive wild animals. You’ll hunt the big bucks in authentic South Texas style, the way it was meant to be.
